Ivan learned to read this month. Well, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but that's certainly how it seems. He went from sounding out words for a few years now to suddenly in the past month or so he reads. He can pick up early reader books and read them with very little help. Wow. It's so cool to cuddle up next to him and let him read to me. (Seems like I fall asleep less that way, oddly enough. :-)
