June 1 in front of one of their favorite restaurants -- Red Lobster. *giggle* No comment... but let's just say Daddy choses not to eat there. :-) Posted by Hello

Ivan in the middle of the floating train on the way to the deep end of the pool the last day of swimming lessons. Posted by Hello

Ivan finished his 2 weeks of swimming lessons at the YMCA on friday the 24th. He was very proud of himself for jumping into the deep end into his teacher's arms several times at the end of the last lesson. *cheer* Hooray Ivan! He made wonderful progress during his time there and looked like he had a lot of fun too. Posted by Hello

June 25 -- Ivan and I both had our music lessons today at Dr. Sue's. Sue's mother was visiting for the summer from Korea and brought along little Sharon, Sue's niece. Everyone thought it would be a great idea for Sharon and Bianca to get to play together. Both of the girls are very bright and strong-willed, so I was a bit apprehensive, but they seemed to hit it off, despite the language barrier, and they had a great time all afternoon. Posted by Hello

The teddy bears seemed to speak the same language. :-) Posted by Hello

"Silly" doesn't need a translation in any language. Posted by Hello

Do you think they were having fun together? Posted by Hello

Bianca and Dr. Sue reading a book together. Do you get the feeling they like each other? The kids loooove Dr. Sue and get so excited whenever they hear they are going to get to visit her. Posted by Hello

Bianca playing piano today (June 25) at Dr. Sue's house. Our lessons were over and Bianca was having fun enjoying her own music. Posted by Hello

Cool! Since when does milk come with an umbrella? Posted by Hello

Yeah, I know I look like a dork, but what can ya do about it? I was enjoying myself. Posted by Hello

Yummy fun at dinner out. Posted by Hello

Sitting in Southlake Town Square in front of Milwaukee Joe's Ice Cream Factory waiting for their ice cream cones after dinner out that night. Posted by Hello

This kid already had his ice cream. The blue goo is called "Disco Lives" and it's peppered with Nerds candy. It's disgusting! I only know b/c Michael got it for the kids once and I had to taste it while licking up the drips for Bianca so she didn't make a huge mess. It was totally revolting. Whatever happened to good ol' chocolate and strawberry flavored ice cream? Posted by Hello

Waiting patiently and a little zombie-like for their ice cream after dinner out. Posted by Hello

June 5th -- The kids playing out front on the slip 'n slide. They weren't much for slipping and sliding, but they liked the little puddle that filled up at the bottom. Posted by Hello

"Hey, Bianca.... sweetheart... I think your Pull-Ups are supposed to go UNDER your shorts. Just a suggestion tho. I think you've got them on backwards too. But you really are a BIG GIRL to dress yourself." Posted by Hello

On Sunday, Michael and I both sang in a recital put on by our teacher, Dr. Sue. I sang, "Didn't My Lord Deliver Daniel," and I hope to never sing it again! and Michael sang, "Nessun Dorma," and he hopes to never sing it again, however, I told him it is a requirement for him to sing it for me. It's soo beautiful when he sings it. *eyelash flutter* Posted by Hello

Michael and David (our piano accompanist) goofing off together. Posted by Hello

Couldn't resist snapping this picture. We had both cars there because I had to get there 30 mins early to practice a modified version of my song with David. So as we were leaving, Michael took off his tie with great fervor and I was already thinking he was sooo darned cute.... I had to grab this moment. Posted by Hello

I took them out to dinner at Souper Salad after Ivan's piano lesson. They love that place (and so do I). This was the cutest thing I've seen in a while, but the photo doesn't really do justice to the scene. They were so sweet sharing their drink with 2 straws. Posted by Hello
