Bathtime for Kiddos

Here are a few pics of the kids playing in the bathtub last night. I know, other people get really annoyed at too many bathtub pics, but it's my privilege as a parent with a camera to annoy you this manner. :-)

Japanese Garden

I knew I'd have the kids all day until bedtime on my own tonight b/c M has choir practice tonight. I decided to be pro-active and plan a field trip, so we went to the Botanic Gardens and I even paid to get into the Japanense Garden and let the kids run all around. We had to be extra careful around all the water, but the kids learned the rules (stay back from the water, don't run ahead!) and mommy stayed nearby and held hands for safety.

I had a blast taking pictures of them exploring.

It was over an hour before we found our way back to the van and then stopped at CiCi's for lunch on the way home. Wheeee! What a fun day together.

The first stop along the way -- I was astonished and grateful that they posed so sweetly for a picture. (Here you go Grandma!)

Why does someone always have one shoe off? 

I was always trying to trick them into posing for a picture for Grandma. 

He was always waiting for us to catch up.

*hehe* I didn't even explain the monkeys to the kids. I just enjoyed watching them.
